He served during the Korean War in the U.S. Navy.
He was a mechanic first class for the New England Power Co., retiring after 37 years of service.
He leaves his wife, three sons, a daughter, a sister, three grandchildren, a great-granddaughter, a great-grandson, and several nieces and nephews.
FUNERAL NOTICE -- A memorial service for Dana Eldred will take place at a later date.
