Frances was very creative and loved to write. She and her husband were great ballroom dancers. She was also active in her church. She was a wonderful mother and grandmother.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Stanley Moore, parents, E. J. and Laticia (Nixon) Reece, daughter, Celia Wherry, brothers, Arlie and Forest Reece and sister, Mildred Howell Wise.
She is survived by her daughter, Cindy Harris and husband Bill of St. Croix, V.I. and (2) grandchildren: Nikki Harris of Dallas and Adam Harris of St. Croix, V.I., and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, July 7, 2007, at Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Glen Reece officiating. Interment services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, July 9th, at the Altus City Cemetery in Altus, OK.
