Services for Buster Donaldson Sr, 79, of Longviw will be held at 2 pm today, Oct 30, at the Lakeview Cemetery Mausoleum in Longview. Entombment will follow. Services are under the direction of Lakeview Funeral Home. Mr Donaldson passed away Thursday, Oct 28, 1999, in Longview.
Mr Donaldson was born on May 30, 1920, in Ball Play, Ala. He served in the US Navy in World War II and was a retired carpenter.
His survivors include his sons, Buster Donaldson Jr of Longview, Raymond Donaldson of Gilmer, David Donaldson of LaMarque and Michael Donaldson of Dallas; his daughters, Sandra Slott of Longvieew, Shelia Platt of DeQueen, Ark, and Janice Clark of Diana; one sister, Delmar Fountain of Newnan, Ga; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
