Ada Geraldine Jackson, 92 of Talcott, passed away Saturday Oct. 5, 2019.
Born April 23, 1927 at Talcott, she was the daughter of the late Newton and Stella V. Evans Wilson.
Ada was a graduate of Lincoln High School in Hinton and was a homemaker. She was of the Baptist faith.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Sidney William Jackson; 1 daughter, Patricia Anderson; 2 sons, William R. and Michael Jackson; 2 sisters, Virginia and Danese Crockett and 2 brothers, Ray and Calvin Wilson.
Survivors include 6 grandchildren; William, Jonathan, Michael and Teddy Jackson, and Mark and Stephanie Folks. Several great grandchildren and nieces and nephews also survive.
The family would like to thank the staff of Summers Nursing & Rehabilitation at Hilldale, along with Louise Standard for her love and compassion shown to Ada through the years.
Graveside services and burial will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday Oct. 17, 2019 at Talcott Cemetery. Those wishing to attend the service are asked to meet at the cemetery.
