Muskegon - - - - Mrs. Delores Ann Loyselle, age 83, passed away Thursday morning, October 3, 2019. Delores was born May 31, 1936 in Muskegon to Victor and Anna (Schmucker) Carter. On October 8, 1955, she married Harold Loyselle who preceded her in death in 2004. Delores was a member of Sheridan Road Church of Christ, Eastern Star and Genesis 88. She was very active during her 60 years at her church; was a wonderful homemaker who loved spending time with her grandkids and playing cards. Delores was in a family of Veterans, her husband and 5 sons, all having served their country in the military.
Delores is survived by her children, Joey Loyselle, Jerry (Elizabeth) Loyselle and Jay (Chris) Loyselle; 39 grandchildren and great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband Harold, she was preceded in death by her parents; sons, James and John; a sister; and two brothers.
A CELEBRATION of Delores' Life will be held 11: 00 AM Friday, October 11, 2019 at the Sheridan Road Church of Christ, 4521 S. Sheridan Rd. with Pastor Robert M. Hodgman officiating. Visitation will be Thursday evening, October 10, 2019 from 6-8 pm at the church. Memorial contributions may be made to the Sheridan Road Church of Christ. Burial will take place in Norton Cemetery.
