William Richard Humpherys, 57, Draper, died of natural causes Sunday in an Ogden hospital. He was born February 23, 1894 in Paris, Idaho, a son of George William and Katherine Weibel.
Employed by the United States Smelting, Refining, and Mining Co. at Lark and Bingham for 18 years prior to 1945, he had lived the past 14 years in Draper.
Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Leona Baugh Humpherys, Draper; a son, Kenneth William Humpherys, Butte, Montana; a stepson, James Combs, US Navy, Memphis, Tennessee; three daughters, Mrs. Maxine Dembroski, Butte, Mrs. Katherine Scholl, Memphis, and Mrs. Velia Tucker, Draper; three brothers, four sisters, and 14 grandchildren.
