Thomas E. Passmore, Sr., age 85 of Milner, passed away Tuesday, May 1, 2018 at his home.
Mr. Passmore was born October 22, 1932. He was a member of Griffin Seventh Day Adventist Church and a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. Mr. Passmore enjoyed working with his hands, wood-working, doing crossword puzzles, genealogy and finding out his ancestry. He was preceded in death by his parents, Grady & Lilian Passmore.
Survivors include his wife, Wynelle Passmore; sons, Thomas Passmore, Jr., Robert “Bobby” Passmore, James “Jimmy” Passmore; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and 6 step-children.
Funeral services for Mr. Thomas E. Passmore, Sr. will be held Thursday, May 3, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Griffin Seventh Day Adventist Church with Rev. Dan Hall and Rev. Dean Read officiating. Burial will follow in Westwood Gardens. He will lie in state at the church 1 hour prior to the service. Friends may visit the family on Wednesday, May 2, 2018 from 6 – 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
