Mary Hittle was born in Northcumberland County, PA, Sept 4, 1822, died June 14, 1890. Aged 67 years, 9 months, and 10 days. She migrated to Darke Co. in the fall of 1838, and was married to Beni. Hittle, January 29, 1839, which union was blessed with 12 children, all living six boys and six girls. She was converted at the age of 9 years and was a member of the Evangelical Church.
Funeral services were held Monday, June 16, officiated by Rev. Geo Schmoll.
