Schlesinger, Elizabeth (Nee Engsvick) Bette entered heaven on January 3, 2018 at the age of 91 years. She was the beloved wife of the late George J. Schlesinger. Sister of Anne Kaufman. Aunt of Karine Fillmore and Ben Bielefeld. Further survived by other relatives and dear friends. Bette worked as a supervisor at Milwaukee Public Library, where she retired after more than 30 years. She was a longtime member of the Flow Blue International Collectors' Club, the Model A Club and the Model T Club. She played the violin, the organ and loved singing and watercolor painting. She was a very optimistic person with a warm, wonderful smile and she always found the good in everything. Committal Service at WISCONSIN MEMORIAL PARK Family Center Chapel, 12875 W. Capitol Dr., Brookfield on Saturday, January 20 at 11:00 AM.
