died yesterday in a Huntington hospital. will
be buried in Rita (w.Va)Cemetery following
funeral services Thursday at 1 p.m.at the
Rita Baptast Church.Born August 16 1879 in
Lincoln County she was the widow of James
Brooks. 'Survivors inclade four daughters,
Mrs. Grace Clay of Huntington,Mrs. Laura
Aldridge of Cleveland, Mrs.Mae Korvich of
Ikes Fork, W.Va. and Mrs Nina Browning of
Beckley: two sons Clyde Brooks of Rita and
Verlin Brooks of Chicago. and 27 grandchildren
and 45 great-grandchildren.friends may call
at the Willis-Mann Mortuary after noon
tommorrow.
