Obituary

Darren gently passed away at the U of U Hospital on Feb 10, 2013. He was born in Brigham City, UT, to Bruce Robinette and Dorris Jeanne Wall Robinette on Feb. 27, 1960. He was raised in Ogden, along with three brothers and three sisters.

Darren was an amazingly bright and beautiful little brown-eyed boy who grew up to be a very gifted musician. As a singer, guitarist and writer, Darren traveled extensively with the band "Justin Sayne" filling large venues all over the West. He later gave up is musical career to become a full-time father. He was a carpet layer for many years.

Darren is survived by his children: Brian Robinette, Tom Robinette, Jessica Davis and Makayla Rae Blanco, his siblings: Dave Robinette, Cyndy McKenzie, Jeannie Mildon, Rich Eastman and Bret Eastman, and his partner of eight years, Gladys Andrei, five grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his mother Dorris Eastman, sister Kelli Adams, and nephew Scott Gould.

Darren's remains will be laid to rest beside his family in a ceremony in the springtime.
