Jack Ingram, 77, of Whitney passed away September 11, 2019 at his residence. He was born in Lubbock, Texas to Bill Jack Ingram and Ruth Ingram. He had deep roots in Whitney, Texas where his parents where active in business and in the First Church of the Nazarene.

Jack was educated at The University of North Texas and had a career that including cotton farming, cattle ranching, home building and owning a concrete company. He was a devoted family man and he, Connie and his sister-in-law, Elaine, took care of his youngest brother Dale for many years. Jack raised his daughter Julie in Houston and Dallas. Jack married Connie in 1997 and later in life they settled in Whitney where they continued ranching.

He was an excellent cook and showed his love by preparing wonderful meals for family and friends. He will be remembered for his sense of humor, for mentoring his grand daughters and other young people and for his ability to make friends wherever he went. Most of all Jack will be remembered for taking care of those he loved.

Survived by his wife of 22 years, Connie Wardlow Ingram, his daughters, Julie Ingram Ayoubi and Darlissa Neal, his grand daughters, nephews and nieces, many other extended family members and lifelong friends and neighbors.

Funeral services will be held September 14, 2019. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Garden of Memory...M_M
