Adam C. Keifer “Yunkin” 29 of Double Bayou Texas passed Sept. 03, 2019

Services will be Sept. 14, 2019 at Our Lady of Light Catholic Church 2207 S Main St, Anahuac, TX. Visitation will begin at 9AM until Funeral Mass at 11AM. Interment will be in Martha Godfrey Cemetery Double Bayou, TX

Adam was a cowboy through and through and as country as you could get. He was happiest riding his horse and working cows. He enjoyed being on the Bayou hunting and fishing. Teaching his niece and nephew how to live off the land. Adam was a masterful country cook. He enjoyed feeding people. He became a certified welder while he was still in High School.

He is preceded in death by his parents: Judy Ann St. Andre and Jim Mann Keifer. Grandparents: Martin Joseph and Elizabeth Guillory St. Andre and Leonard Buck and Lou Ella Keifer. Half siblings: Larissa “Sissy” Keifer and Jim “Whiskey” Keifer.

He is survived by his sister: Lydia Angel (Danny) Fisher, nephew: Danny Boy Fisher, and niece: Bella Ann “Moose” Fisher. Brothers in heart Martin Obledo (cousin) and Bubba Humphrey (best friend). Stepdad: Robert Lewis. Half siblings Tina Harbuck and Richard Sheffield. Stepsiblings: Amanda Lewis, Herman “Rocky Lee” Sheffield, James Sheffield, Herman Paul Riehl, god-parents Allen St. Andre and Stephanie Peña, and a host of Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, and Friends.
