In 1963, they built a new home on the farmstead where Arlyn had farmed for many years. Besides farming, he was an avid hunter and fisherman and spent many precious hours with his wife, children, grandchildren and friends doing what he loved most. He was dedicated to spending time with family and teaching his grandchildren how to hunt, fish and work on the farm.
He and Judy celebrated 62 years of marriage before Judy passed away in August, 2018.
Arlyn is survived by his children: Wayne (Kathy) Rosendahl of Souris,N.D., Vickie (Reidar) Clausen of Haysville, Ks. and Randy (Jody) Rosendahl of Bottineau; 8 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren; sister Murilyn Racine of Sun Lakes, AZ and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Judy, his parents and a sister, Lorraine Moum.
