Died at his home of an apparent heart attack,he was the son of the late Jones and Mary (Botts) Curtis and the husband of Saretha(Howard) Curtis,who survives.He was a retired carpenter,farmer and a member of the Gullley Creek Baptist Church. One son,Jimmy,Tompkinsville;four daughters-Jean Tade,Hestand;Nelda Deckard and Mary Alice Deckard,both of Tompkinsville;and Barbara Roark,of Carthage, Tenn.;a foster son,Claudie Jenkins,Tompkinsville,a brother,Carlos Curtis,Tompkinsville,and a sister,Mrs Eva Thayer,Tuscolla, Ill.Bros. Evans Lemons and Rex Hunt officiating.
