She was the widow of Harry R. "Henner" Balmer. Edna is survived by one daughter, Jean A. Pulaski of Annville; three sons, John E. Balmer (Wanda) of Middletown, David L. Balmer (Barbara) of Middletown, Daniel M. Balmer (Carol) of Middletown; two sisters, Mabel Acri of Arizona, Ada Seiders, of Manheim; one half-sister, Rachael Kensinger of Palmyra; 12 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, one great great-grandson.
Graveside funeral services and burial will be held on Saturday, September 7, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. in the Hillsdale Cemetery on Geyers Church Road, Londonderry Township, PA. There will be no viewing. K.M. Knight Funeral Home, Highspire is handling arrangements.
