"HAMPTON - Ella Gertrude Nix, 83, of Hampton died Sunday July 1, 2007 at the Ouachita County Medical Center in Camden. Born March 26, 1924 in Hampton, She was a daughter of the late William Franklin and Ella Newton Tomlinson. She was a member of Camp Ground Presbyterian Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Gould Nix. Survivors are two sons, Duane Nix and wife, Vicki of Hampton; Dennis Nix and wife Vanessa of Hampton; four grandchildren, Leslie Pedigo, Casey Nix, Kristina Ables, Joshua Nix; three great-grandchildren, Shelby Pedigo, Lauren Pedigo, Della Ables. Funeral Services will be10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Camp Ground Presbyterian Church. Burial in Camp Ground Cemetery. Arrangements by Benton Funeral Home of Hampton.
