On Monday, August 26, 2019 at his home in Clinton, MD. Beloved husband of Linda Miles Cephas. He is also survived by two daughters, Jamie E. Cephas and Kiera S. Wilson (James) one sister Jean Parker (Robert) , six grandchildren Phit, Jaden, Destiny, DJ, Elijah, and Christopher, and host of other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends Thursday, September 5, 2019 at St Luke's Catholic Church, 4925 E. Capitol St. SE, Washington, DC 20019 from 10 a.m. until time of Mass at 11 a.m. Interment in Washington National Cemetery.
