Sam Lee Boren, 61, of Celeste passed away Aug. 4, 2015.
He was born Jan. 11, 1954, in Dallas to Isom “Buck” and Loyce Boren.
Sam was a member of I.O.O.F., The Rebeccas, and was previously a member of the Lake Tawakoni Bass Club. He was an activist and a member of the NRA.
Sam worked at L-3 for more than 30 years.
He is survived by many loving friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
A memorial service will be at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 11, at Lynch Funeral Service chapel in Greenville
