Michael D. Bashore, 47, of Julesburg, CO passed away Monday November 23, 2009 in Julesburg. Visitation was held Wednesday November 25, 2009 at Austin-Tennant Funeral Home. Funeral Services were held Monday November 30, 2009 at 10:00 A.M. at St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Julesburg, CO with Pastor Allen Harris officiating. Burial followed in Hillside Cemetery.

Michael was born October 7, 1962 to Wayne Bashore and Judith (Reed) in Greenville, Ohio. He graduated from Greenville Senior High School. Michael joined the U.S. Army and was involved in the Aviation program. He was a Huey or UH1H helicopter Mechanic.

Michael married Luci Magana Novmeber 17, 1983 in Ft. Riley, Kansas. He sponsored the 4H catch it program, and was a classic car collector.

Michael is survived by wife Luci Magana, father Wayne Bashore, son Robert, Brothers Anthony, Shawn, and Phillip, granddaughter Chloe Anne, Aunt Becky, uncle Mike, and numerous cousins.

He was preceded in death by son Michael Bashore, mother Judith Ann Reed, grandparents Russell and Lillie Reed, and Jesse and Ora Bashore.
