Tiffany will lie-in-state on Sunday, September 8, 2019 at 9 a.m. at Taylor Funeral Home.The funeral will follow at 2 p.m. in the chapel with Pastor J. W. Cole as the eulogist. Burial on Monday, September 9, 2019 at 10 a.m. in Lakewood Memory Gardens, East.
