Ken Hanna, 83, Paris, died Sunday morning at the Paris Healthcare Center. Mr. Hanna worked at the Toggery in Paris most recently. Prior to that, he was a long-time insurance man and worked at Corn-Austin. He was a member of the Paris Lions Club since 1960, a former Chamber of Commerce President and Henry County Man of the Year in 1970. With his wife, Martha, he co-owned Sally Lane's Candy Farm for a few years. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran of the Korean War.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday at First Baptist Church. Burial will be in Memorial Cemetery. Calling is at Ridgeway Funeral Home from 4-8 p.m. Monday and 11 a.m.-1:45 p.m. Tuesday.
Survivors include his wife, Martha; daughter, Robin Hickman, Paris, and brother Clyde (died Oct 2014), Murfreesboro.
Memorials may be directed to First Baptist Church, 313 N. Poplar St., in Paris, where he was a long-time member, former deacon and Sunday School director.
