Judy was born September 6, 1940 in Sault St. Marie, MI, the daughter of the late Mae and Roy Rowan. Judy moved to the Flint area in the mid 1950's, graduated from Bentley High School in 1958. Judy was a homemaker most of her life, raising two children, Debra and Jeff with Donald Standridge.
She was a loving wife to David H. Aitken (married since February 25, 1989), wonderful mother to Deb (Tom) Callison and Jeff (Sherry) Standridge, beloved step-mother to David (Liz) Aitken, Jeff Aitken, and Mary Aitken. Judy was a dear Grandma to Megan Standridge (Zach), Corey Aitken (Lindsey), Kaine (Christa) Aitken, Nick (Chelsey) Standridge, Kevin Aitken, Kerry Aitken and Chase Curtis and Great Grandma to Shaylee.
She had quite the sense of style and enjoyed shopping, traveling, the casino, spending time with family, and spending time with their dog, Chloe. She was also known never to turn down a good filet!
Donations can be made to the Genesee County Humane Society or to the Otisville United Methodist Church.
Visitation will be at 12:00 pm on Saturday, March 12, 2016 with a Memorial Service to follow at 1:00 pm at the Otisville United Methodist Church – 200 W. Main St. Otisville, MI 48463. There will be a luncheon to follow at the church.
