Randall L. Rinne
May 27, 1955 ~ August 20, 2019 (age 64)

Randall L. Rinne, 64, of rural Tecumseh, Nebraska, passed away at Belle Terrace in Tecumseh, Nebraska, on Tuesday, August 20, 2019. He was born to Marvin and Oleta (Haack) Rinne on May 27, 1955 in Humboldt, Nebraska. Randall was baptized June 26, 1955 by Rev. John Heins and confirmed May 4, 1969 Rev. Harold Stelzer and attended St. Peter's Lutheran Church, rural Elk Creek, Nebraska. He attended elementary school at Elk Creek Public and St. Peter's Lutheran Parochial. The family moved to Tecumseh and Randall graduated from Tecumseh High School. He had a love for fast, loud vehicles, so he pursued further education at Milford Community College and obtained a degree in Auto Body.

Randall was employed through the years at Stephen's Body Shop, Roger's Body Shop, Johnson County Roads Department, Lloyd Beethe, Lazy RW Cattle Company and last, but not least, Kuhl Trenching with Daddy Kuhl, Lawrence, Terry and little Gary, running the back hoe. Randall was always on the move, rarely would he sit still, and he could find something to tear apart and put back together again-even though many times he had a few extra parts remaining!

He loved the outdoors, hunting, fishing, riding his Harley, and he had an eye for finding the best mushrooms in early spring, cutting wood, or just cruising the neighborhood to share conversation or maybe a cocktail or two. When it was time to move and vaccinate cattle you would find him with Ronny and Willis which became a tradition for he and Lantz.

Randall is survived by his daughter, Emilie, son, Lantz and wife Lauren, five grandchildren, Allie, Wes, Rikki, Brooklyn and Parker, sister and brother-in-law, Cheryl and Jim Grove, nephew, Clayton and wife Kelsey Grove, uncle, Roger Haack, cousins and many friends.

Memorial services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, August 24, 2019 at the St. Peter’s Lutheran Church, rural Elk Creek, Nebraska with Rev. Robert Schermbeck officiating.

Register book signing will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Friday, August 23, 2019 at the Wherry Mortuary, Tecumseh, Nebraska.

Inurnment will be in the St. Peter’s Lutheran Cemetery, rural Elk Creek, Nebraska.
