~Odell Bernice Bradley Anderson, 77, of Statesville, laid down her sword and shield by the riverside one last time on Saturday, August 10, 2019 at her residence. A native of Hawkins County, Tennessee, she was the daughter of the late Walter Robert and Dorothy Robbins Bradley. She was retired as a seamstress from Statesville Sportswear and was a member of Union Grove Christian Church.
Mrs. Anderson is survived by her husband of 44 years, Lawrence Anderson. She is also survived by her children, Pamela Hoke (Rocky) of Statesville, Chris Stills (Angela) of Catawba, NC, Lawrence Hugh Anderson II (Sheila) of Nashville, TN and Kimberly Feltham (Raymond P.) of Tampa, FL. Two brothers, R.O Bradley and Russell Bradley of Rockford, Illinois and a sister, Phoebe Stidham of Kingsport, TN survive her along with eight grandchildren: Josh, Ashley, Chasity, Lauren, Brittany, L. Hugh III, Evan and Elyssa. Seven great-grandchildren also survive her.
