Barbara “Nanny” Ann Gordon of Gloucester Point, age 75 passed away Friday, August 16, 2019, at Mary Immaculate Hospital. Barbara was a member of Gloucester Point Baptist Church. She was an avid reader, loved music and traveling. Husband Dennis E. Gordon, as well as a granddaughter, preceded her in death. She is survived by three children, Kay M. Hight, Timothy Mahoney (Alicia), Brian Mahoney (Christina), Eight grandchildren, Two great-grandchildren, and a brother Michael Spiceland. A graveside service conducted by the Reverend Bud Goude, Jr., will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday, August 23, 2019, at Albert G. Horton Cemetery, Suffolk. Family and friends will assemble at the cemetery.
