He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Adell G. Palmer, Roanoke; one daughter, Mrs. Pauline Duke, Los Angeles, Calif.; one son, Clay B. Palmer Jr., Roanoke; one sister, Mrs. Vivian P. Vaughan, Bluefield, W.Va.; two grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 2:00 p.m. in the Fizer Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. William L. Lee will officiate with burial in Sherwood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Thursday from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Fizer Funeral Home. Arrangements by Fizer Funeral Home.
