Andrew Holloway Selph, 86, husband of Doris Ann (Kepner) Selph, of Staunton, passed away Friday, August 16, 2019 in the Augusta Health, Fishersville.

Mr. Selph was born in Colonial Beach, Virginia on January 19, 1933, a son of the late George Holloway Selph and Ethel May (Balderson) Elliott.

Mr. Selph was retired from Vaxcom Services where he was employed as a Telecommunications Specialist and was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

Surviving in addition to his wife of 62 years are two sons, Andrew Holloway Selph, II and his wife Julia Laver of Tooele, Utah and Brett Anthoney Selph of Staunton; a daughter, Diedra L. Wightman and her husband Michael of Bristow, VA; a half-brother, Melvin King of Washington; six grandchildren, Janae Selph, Corinne Selph, Austin Wightman and wife Krissy, Morgan Wightman, Hunter Wightman, and Logan Wightman; three great-grandchildren, Kendall Wightman, Jaxon Wightman and Aria Wightman.

Burial will be private in the St. Peter’s Cemetery in Colonial Beach, Virginia.

Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory, 230 Frontier Drive in Staunton is in charge of his arrangements.
