Patsy Sue Alfeldt, 76, of Marissa, IL; born on February 19, 1943 in Buncombe, IL; passed away on Thursday, August 15, 2019 at Evelyn House in Creve Coeur, MO.
Mrs. Alfeldt was a teacher at Marissa Elementry School for 25 years. She was a member of the Oakdale Presbyterian Church where she taught Sunday School for 25 years. Patsy enjoyed watching baseball and was an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan. Most of all she enjoyed watching her grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents. Also preceded in death by one brother.
She is survived by her husband – Rudy Alfeldt whom she married on August 31, 1963 in Christopher, IL. Her sons – Jim (Jill) Alfeldt of New Athens, IL; Dan (Laura) Alfeldt of Oakville, IL. Her grandchildren – Jon Alfeldt; Jenna Alfeldt; Jack Alfeldt; Jolie Alfeldt; Ryan Alfeldt; Paige Alfeldt. One brother – Mike (Debbie) Mitchell of Christopher, IL.
