Mr. Pepe was born in Utica, son of Carmine and Theresa Detl Pepe. He attened local schools. He had been employed by General Mills Works since the Gibson Door Co. went out of business three years ago.
He married Carmella Luciano in 1933. Mr. Pepe was a member of St. Mary of Mount Carmel Church, its Holy Name Society; fourth degree, Knights of Columbus Color Corps; Alshambra and Carpenters Union 125.
Besids his wife and farher he leaves a daughter, Theresa at home , a son Frank Jr.; three sisters, Mrs. Leo (Nancy) Shiroli, Mrs. Pasquale (Rose) Cuccaro, all of Utica, and Miss Jennie Pepe, Rome, and a brother, Joseph Pepe Utica,
