Wesley married first Emma Mackle, they divorced.
He married second Lucille Estelle Gasser

Wesley was a carpenter and self employed home builder for many years. In 1963 Wesley and his wife, Lucille, purchased The Oaks Motel and Liquer Store on Highway 66. They sold the property in 1964 and purchased property in Rockaway Beach, Missouri consisting of three cottages and a house. They eventually sold the property on the court house steps. While living back in Missouri, he was the manager of the Grant Motel on Highway 66, Crestwood, Missouri until his death.

Funeral Friday, 10:30 a.m. from Mittelberg-Gerber Colonial Chapel, 23 W. Lockwood, Webster Groves. Interment St. Paul's Churchyard. Visitation after 2 p.m. Thursday.
