SCHUETZ
—Albert E. Schuetz, 73, of rural Reserve, Kans., died at the Falls City Community Hospital, Wednesday, April 2, 1975. He had been ill since November of 1974. He was hospitalized February 26 and underwent surgery March 6, was dismissed March 18, and re-entered the hospital March 20. He was born August 11, 1901, near Barada, Nebr., grew up in the Barada area, was married to Mrs. Viola Fourtner Elders, November 21, 1924, at Hiawatha, Kans. They established their home in the Barada area and continued to live in Richardson County until moving to their present home southwest of Reserve in 1967. He is survived by his wife of the home; two sons, Albert Schuetz of Hattiesbury, Miss., and Elmer Schuetz of Lincoln, Nebr.; two daughters, Mrs. Lola Mackey of Falls City and Mrs. Ralph (Dorotha) Goolsby of Rulo; two brothers, Theodore Schuetz of Falls City and Jacob Schuetz of Wheeler, Mo.; six sisters, Mrs. Erwin (Dorothea) Wittrock and Mrs. Mary Shaffer, both of Falls City; Mrs. Verna Durfee of Fairbury, Mrs. Rubbie Goldman of Omaha, Mrs. Ed (Minnie) Shafer of Shubert, Mrs. Dale (Arlene) Watton of Verdon, 12 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at the Dorr Funeral Home Chapel, Falls City, Friday afternoon, April 4 at 2:30 o'clock with the Rev. Charles Kersey officiating. Interment will be in the Cornelison Cemetery at Reserve.
