Devine; a sister, Hazel McMasters of San Diego; three brothers, Jerry Millard of Central City, Belva and William Millard; 12 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Ratterman's, 7330 Southside Drive, with entombment in Evergreen Mausoleum.
