WICHITA - Claire "Joan" Noeller, 66, Wichita, died Saturday, April 14, 2001, at Wesley Medical Center, Wichita.
Mrs. Noeller was born Claire Mintener on April 21, 1934, at Dillon and was a resident of Smolan for 35 years, moving to Wichita 10 years ago. She was a crew chief at Beech Aircraft and was a Catholic.
Survivors include her husband, John of the home; four sons, Richard of Fredonia, Bob of York, S.C., Walter of Salina and John E. of Smolan; a sister, Betty Mintener of Tribune; 10 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Geisendorf-Rush Smith Funeral Home, Salina, Monsignor James Hake officiating. Burial will be in Smolan Lutheran Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 1 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home, 401 W. Iron, Salina 67401, where the family will receive friends from 6 to 7 p.m. today.
