Mrs. James B. Hosimer died last Thursday, January 6th in a Chicago hospital following an operation, and was buried here in the Masonic cemetery Sunday. Funeral ser- vices were conducted at the M. E. church by itev. v. u. cervies.
Mildred Pearl Vories, daughter of George W and Charlotte Vories, was born in Culver May 24, 1874, and died January 6th, 1927, at the age of 52 years, 7 months and 12 days.
The first 28 years of her left were spent in Culver. In 1908, she was united in marriage to James B. Hosimer and the remaining years of her life were spent in Whiting, Indiana. She is survived her husband, one daughter, Mrs. Grace Martinson, of Whiting; a grandson, her father and mother and three sisters.
