David "Red" Morris, born September 9th, 1957, was called to be with his wife Scebra on June 23rd. He was preceded in death by his parents Derwin and Virginia Morris and Brother Paul Morris. David was a loving father to his children Heath, Kodey (Kasandre), and Charmia, as well as a loving grandfather to his grandchildren, Aubrie and Kylar. He graduated from Ridgemont in 1976. David loved to work on cars and spend time with his friends and family in his spare time. He was a corrections officer for many years at Allen Correctional Institution before retiring, he fondly went by the nickname "Red". He is survived by his children and grandchildren; sister, Roxanne Adams; nephew, Eli Adams; and several aunts. Viewing will be held on Tuesday, July 2nd, 2019 from 1:00-2:00pm at SCHINDEWOLF-STOUT-CRATES FUNERAL HOME, Kenton. A funeral service will follow at 2:00pm on Tuesday and burial will be in Wolf Creek Cemetery.
