Giles F. Richey age 86 of Mena, passed away Sunday June 24,2007 in Nella. He was born Dec 24,1920 in Haskell County, Oklahoma to the late Franklin Richey and Montie Pettie Richey. He united in marriage to a Viola Mae "Wilhite" Richey. Giles Richey was retired from U.S. Electical Motors, and was a Veteran, serving his counrty in the United States Army during the World War II. He was a loving Father, Grandfather, Greatgrandfather, bother and a Friend to all. He is survived by: Sons Jerry E. Richey, Monte G. Richey, Dewey Richey, Furlon G. Richey, Danny L Richey. Daughters: Sharon Armijo, Glinda Bilbo.
Brothers: Robert Richey of Kalmuth Falls, Oregon, James Richey of Parks,Arkansas, Bobby Richey of Boles, Arkansas.
Sisters: Ruby Phillips of Parks, Arkansas, Robbie J. Richey of Boles, Arkansas.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Franklin and Montie Richey, his wife Viola Richey,a son James Douglas Richey and four sisters, Ethyle White, Hazel Cambell, Dot Sandlin, and Edna Hunt. He had 21 Grandchildern and 32 Greatgrandchildern.
