Loretta Higgins was born to Eugene and Evelyn Higgins of Belton, Missouri and passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by family and friends on July 27, 2019.
Loretta graduated from Belton High School in 1979.
Loretta is survived by her brother Terry Higgins ( Jeanne) of Belton; sisters Sheila Strong ( Don ) of Belton and Janet Lee of Belton; nieces Shelley Strong and Cathy Holland; nephews Stephen Strong and J.T. Higgins; two great nieces; and three great nephews.
Loretta was preceded in death by her parents.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that memorial contributions be made to the breast cancer survivors.
A celebration of life will be held Sunday, August 25, 2019 from 1-4:00pm at the A. Ives Reid Celebration Center, 609 Minnie, Belton, MO 64012
