Mrs. Christine Winkler, age 85 of Gainesville, passed away on May 6, 2018.
Funeral services will be held at 3:00 pm on Tuesday, May 8, 2018 at New Bridge Baptist Church. Rev. Milton Harris and Rev. Michael Wilkes will be officiating. Interment will follow at New Bridge Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:00 – 9:00pm on Monday, May 7, 2018 at the funeral home.
Mrs. Winkler was born on November 1, 1932 in Lynch, Kentucky to the late Abe Clore and the late Addie Nix Clore. She was an active member of New Bridge Baptist Church, as well as their Women's Circle and Home-makers Association.
Along with her parents, Mrs. Winkler was also preceded in death by her husband Woodrow Winkler; brother Gene Clore; sister Gertrude Nicoles; and grandson Matt Winkler.
