Mrs. Matilda C. Goodman, 94, widow of John Goodman, formerly of Findlay, died late Wednesday at White Cross hospital, Columbus, following a short illness.
Mrs. Goodman, a daughter of Jacob and Susanna Burk, was born November 15, 1851 in Tuscarawas county. For he last 30 years she had made her home with her daughter, Mrs. Hamilton Roebuck, Columbus.
Beside her daughter, she is survived by a step-son, Charles C. Goodman, DuBois, Pa.; a sister, Mrs. Mary Millhuff, Findlay, and eight grandchildren.
The body is at the Aubern A. Shroyer funeral home, Columbus, where friends may call today. Funeral services will be held at 2 p. m. Saturday at the Barnhart Memorial. Rev. W. L. Harmony, pastor of Trinity Lutheran church, will officiate. Burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery.
