Services for Gipson Gip Williams of Alamo were held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 20 at Glenwood Grove Baptist Church with interment at Boatwright Cemetery #1 in Glenwood, Wheeler County, Georgia.
The Rev. Earl Matthew Smith officiated.
Williams, 65, died Saturday, Nov. 13, 2004 at his residence. He was the son of the late John Williams and Patience Bess Burns Williams.
A native of Wheeler County, he was retired from Miami International Airport, Dispatcher Services after 25 years of service. He was employed for four years with the Wheeler County Hospital.
A.L. Spaulding Funeral Home of McRae was in charge of arrangements.
