April 14, 1951 ~ July 22, 2019 (age 68)

Janice Ann “Lucy” Hoops, 68, of Snyder, died Monday, July 23, 2019, in Little Rock. Mrs. Hoops was a native of Monroe, Louisiana and was raised in Rayville, Louisiana. She was a resident of the Snyder Community, east of Hamburg, for the past 14 years and a former resident of Morgan, Arkansas. She was a homemaker, and she worked as an Underwriter for Charter Mortgage and Investments for many years. Mrs. “Lucy” spent her entire life taking care of others, never expecting anything in return. She spent every moment with them like it was her last. Her selfless and sacrificing nature was evident to all who knew her. Her door and her heart were always open to everyone. She enjoyed early morning coffee talks while cooking for her family and friends. She loved music, dancing, cold weather, and mountain tops.
