Mrs. Thos. McGann died at her residence in Emmet township about 5 o'clock Friday afternoon of a cerebal [sic] hemorrhage complicated with other ailments. Funeral services were held at the Catholic church at 10 o'clock Monday morning, interment in the Catholic cemetery north of this city.
Deceased was born in Ireland and came to this country when about 10 years of age. She had lived in this county practically all her life. She had been in her usual health Wednesday and was at work around the home with she suddenly threw her hands to her head with an exclamation of pain. All medical aid was without avail. She leaves three boys--Frank, Ray and George--and two girls, Bessie and Nellie, one brother, Peter Kennedy, and four sisters, Mrs. Kate Crossgrove [sic] of Kansas, Mrs. Thos. Dunn and Mrs. Wm. Dunn of Nebraska and Mrs. Robert McCutcheon of Chalmers township.
