Evelyn L. Meagher, 85, formerly of Hollidaysburg, died at Valley View Home. She was born in New York, daughter of Alva and Marian Barnes Hinkley. She married Albert J. Meagher, who preceded her in death February 14, 1977. Evelyn is survived by a daughter, Margaret A.; sons: Matthew H., William E., John A. and Roy; a brother, Alva; seven grandchildren; and several great grandchildren. She enjoyed her cats: Patches, Stormy and Pumpkin. She also enjoyed collecting mugs and owls.
