Eugene McDonald, 84, passed away Friday, February 10, 2017, at his residence. He lived in Neshoba County all of his life. He was a U.S. Army Veteran, entrepreneur, 32nd degree Mason, Shriner and a member of V.F.W. Mr. McDonald was an avid fisherman. He was a member of North Calvary Baptist Church.

Preceded in death: parents, William Curtis McDonald and Ada Elmarie McLaughin McDonald; daughter, Toni Kaye Oliphant; brothers, Curtis and Wade McDonald.

Survivors: wife, Norma Jean McDonald of Philadelphia; daughter, Sherry McDonald Smith of Union; step-daughter, Katie Holland of Atlanta; son, Donald Eugene McDonald of Philadelphia and step-son, Mark C. Holland of Memphis; sisters, Edna Earl Sistrunk of Philadelphia and Genobee Wattles of Carthage; (2) grandchildren, Jarrod Eugene Breedlove and Sable Kennedy; (3) great-grandchildren, Phillip Kennedy, Patrick Kennedy and Garrison Breedlove; host of nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Neshoba County Shrine Club.
