The deceased was born in Ipswich, England, on November 22d. 1838. He came to Fort in the early days, about forty years ago, and invested in much land and stock around Hepler, Kans. He was married in this city in 1879 to Miss Jennie Lambeth.
For the past twenty years Mr. Mulley was the engineer at the post-office. He was a man of quiet tastes, unostentatious, and retiring in disposition. His kindly traits of character were best known to his associates and intimate friends. He enjoyed to the greatest extent the pleasures of his own fireside, dispensing the hospitality characteristic of the English people.
The funeral will be heId at the home of his daughter. Mrs. W. F. Jackson, 928 South Crawford street, on Wednesday at 2:00 p m., conducted by Rev. W. H. Tolliver, of the First Baptist church. Interment will be in Evergreen cemetery."
