Charlie Barker, 68 of Lubbock, passed away Friday, July 5, 2019 in Lubbock.
Services will be held Wednesday, July 10, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at the Red Springs Baptist Church with Ray Perryman officiating. Burial will follow in the Henson Cemetery in Red Springs under the direction of Archer Funeral Home, Seymour, Texas.
Charlie was born May 31, 1951 in Pampa to L.J. and Mildred Kisinger Barker. He was a graduate of Pampa High School and received a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree from West Texas State University. Charlie worked in law enforcement and was a proud member of the NRA.
He is survived by 2 sons, Chris Barker and wife, Raelee of Shallowater and Michael Barker and wife, Lisa of Anderson, South Carolina; a brother, Daniel Barker of Amarillo and 4 grandchildren, James and Jaycee and Dylan and Zachary.
