FOND DU LAC, Wl. Mrs. Nellie E. Haring age 83, of 233 N. Lincoln Ave. Fond du Lac, died Tuesday, March, 13, 1979 at 1:30 p.m. She was born September 28, 1895 In Springfield, Marquette County. Her parents were James and Sahra Jane Carpenter Jones. She was married to Elmer C. Beals on December 31, 1913, he preceded her in death on October 6, 1954. She was then married to Oscar M. Haring on March 15, 1958 in Fond du Lac and he preceded her in death February 9, 1963. Mrs. Haring was a member of the Division St. United Methodist Church, a past President of the Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 270 Auxiliary. She was a past President and charter member of the Past Presidents Club of the Eagles Auxiliary and has been active for 31 years. Survivors include a son, James Beals of Fond du Lac; three daughters, Mrs. Marie Hankwitz, Mrs. Robert Viola Rlchter of Madison and Mrs. Roland (Sohra Jane) Steffes of St. Cloud, WI.; 11 grandchildren and eight great grandchildren; five sisters, Mrs. Fannie Staples of Hudson, WI., Mrs. Ethel Buck of Adams Friendship, Mrs. Minnie Adee of Fond du Lac, Mrs. Sylvia Bloss of Grand Marsh, WI. Mrs. Edna Becker of Fond du Lac; a brother, Claude Jones of Grand Marsh, WI.; two stepsons, William Haring of Green Bay and Donald Haring of San Antonio, Texsas; three stepdaugter, Mrs. Howard (Gail) Immel of Green Bay, Mrs. Lucille Block of Fond du Lac, Mrs. John (Bunnie) Scholemer of Brandon, Florida; several step-grand and step great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Friday at 1:30 p.m. at the Division St. United Methodist Church in Fond du Lac. Rev Marvin Schilling will officiate. Burial will be In Eastbrooks Cemetery Fond du Lac. Friends may call Thursday at 3 until 9 p.m. at the UECKER WITT FUNERAL HOME 524 N. Pork Ave. Fond du Loc.
