DEATH OF MRS. BARGER.

Aged Resident of the City Passed Away Yesterday

Mrs. Elizabeth Barger, aged seventy-nine years, seven months and sixteen days, died at her home in this city, after an illness of some time, death being due to a complications of afflications such as come to those in advanced years.

The deceased was a native of Tennessee, having been born in Granger county, of that state, in 1832. When she was four years of age her parents came to this county. At the age of eighteen years she was joined in wedlock and nine children were born to them, four of these children surviving. They are Mrs. Anna Diehl, of Elwood, Mrs. Myrtle Little, of Indianapolis, James Burnett and Albert Barger, of this city.

The deceased was a member of the Newlight church and a woman of most kindly nature.

The burial services will be held Tuesday forenoon, at the late home at 10 o'clock. The interment will be at Fairview.
