Funeral service for Walter Daniel Loosier was Monday, Oct. 26, 2009, at Lawrence Funeral Home with Roger Loosier officiating.
Burial was in Old Liberty Cemetery.
Mr. Loosier died Friday, Oct. 23, 2009, in Tuscumbia.
He was born Nov. 3, 1945, in Alabama to Walter Loosier and Clara Yarbrough Loosier.
Mr. Loosier was a self-employed carpenter.
Survivors include his wife, Sue Loosier; two sons, Danny Loosier (Sherry) of Moulton and Bobby Loosier (Katrina) of Florence; four daughters, Kimberly Smith (Mike) of Hatton, Jeanette Hall (Mark) and Robyn Gann (Richard), both of Hamilton, and Rendy Harper (Rusty) of Muscle Shoals; two brothers, Roger Loosier of Moulton and Tommy Loosier of Town Creek; two sisters, Joyce Loosier of Town Creek and Deborah Pounders of Muscle Shoals; 11 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Andrew Edwards, David Pierce, Jamie Crowden, Justin Crowden, Marion Blankenship and Kyle Webb.
